About me

Hi!

I’m Amira Morrow, certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) and yoga instructor (CYT). I am a wife, and a mother to two beautiful and sensitive girls. It is my passion and mission in life to help women overcome the physical, mental, and emotional challenge of becoming a mother.

As a PCES and CYT, I work with women in groups and 1-on-1 to help them get in touch with their bodies and build strength and address common postpartum issues including leaking, prolapse, diastasis, posture, and daily aches and pains.
